Maintenance
Annual Contract
We offer 4 levels of planned maintenance cover:
Platinum. Parts & Labour 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. ACS will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 4 working hours.
Gold. Parts & Labour 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. ACS will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 4 working hours.
Silver. Parts & Labour 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays. ACS will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 4 working hours.
Bronze. Parts & Labour 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. ACS will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site within 8 working hours.

Non Contract
For those customers wishing to use our services on an "as required basis" we offer a call out service with labour charged by the hour, half day or full day. Parts are charged extra. Please email admin@acs-security.co.uk for details of our current labour rates.
